When you send a message, your name, email and message are processed only to reply to you (legitimate interest / steps before a contract, GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). The message is delivered through Brivio, my own mail platform hosted in the EU, and an invisible anti-bot check from Vercel BotID runs when you send it; no third-party widget is loaded. Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts, then for at most 2 years.

If you subscribe, your email address, language, the consent wording version and the time of consent are stored in Brivio, my own mail platform hosted in the EU (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), consent). Your IP is kept only as a salted hash, as proof of consent. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you leave, the address is kept only as an unsubscribed record so you are never written to again.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Their servers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention, as every web server does.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Open the cookie settings to change or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing reloads the page so that analytics stops immediately.
