A large client engagement: CRM, contract lifecycle, document management and ANAF integrations for Romanian companies, built on Next.js and PostgreSQL.
The client discontinued the project; the architecture and lessons became Brivio, which is larger in scope.
Problem
Romanian SMEs juggle contracts, invoices and ANAF obligations across disconnected tools.
Approach
One multi-tenant platform with role-based access, document templates, e-signature flows and ANAF lookups.
Outcome
Contract ended by the client. The domain model was carried forward into Brivio.
