Feedbrake
Blocks Reels, Shorts and TikTok feeds — keeps DMs, search and profiles. Free.
2026–nowVisit site
Feedbrake (internally Unscroll) is an Android app that blocks only the infinite short-video feed, not the app: TikTok For You, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels get a shield, while tabs, DMs, camera and search keep working. Everything runs on the phone: no account, no analytics, no ads.
Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with Material 3 Expressive; detection rules ship as a signed, public rule set that the app verifies before use.
